In this two-week course, Mindfulness@Work, you will receive daily prompts and exercises to help you easily incorporate short breaks to calm your body and mind into your workday.
Each morning you will receive an email containing a short video with a mindfulness incentive and specific, easy-to-do mental relaxation exercises. There will also be a short video with desk yoga exercises that you can do right at your desk, and an audio file with a short guided meditation to help you quickly come down and regain focus and energy.
With every change there is an opportunity – you just have to look hard enough. And who knows, you might even use the time to do something really good for your mental health.
